IRCC held four Express Entry draws between July 6–10, 2026, issuing a total of 8,034 invitations to apply (ITAs) across PNP, CEC, French-language proficiency, and a targeted senior managers category.
The July 10 senior managers with Canadian work experience draw had the lowest CRS cut-off at 392 (500 ITAs issued), while the CEC draw on July 7 required a much higher score of 517 (2,000 ITAs), and the PNP draw on July 6 required 708 (534 ITAs).
The largest single draw was the July 9 French-language proficiency round, which issued 5,000 ITAs at a CRS cut-off of 420 — continuing a pattern of large, lower-threshold draws for French-speaking candidates.
What You Should Do
- Check your current CRS score and category eligibility at canada.ca/express-entry to see if you qualify for upcoming senior managers, French-language, CEC, or PNP draws.
- If you are a senior manager (NOC codes for senior management roles) with Canadian work experience, verify your Express Entry profile reflects this — the July 10 draw had a low cut-off of 392, making it accessible. Confirm your profile creation date is before the tie-breaking rule date (March 15, 2026 at 01:46:05 UTC) to be eligible for similar future draws.
- If you have French-language proficiency, ensure your NCLC/TEF scores are uploaded to your Express Entry profile. The July 9 French-language draw issued 5,000 ITAs at a CRS of 420 — one of the largest draws of the year.
