What You Should Do

  • Check your current CRS score using the official CRS calculator at canada.ca/express-entry to see if you are above the new CEC benchmark of 515.
  • If you are a French-language speaker, verify your language test scores (TEF Canada or TCF Canada) are current and uploaded to your Express Entry profile — French draws have had cut-offs as low as 393–419 in 2026, making this one of the most accessible pathways.
  • If you have a provincial nomination, confirm your Express Entry profile reflects the nomination to receive the 600-point boost; PNP draws in 2026 have ranged from CRS 710 to 802.
  • Review the full 2026 draw history table at cicnews.com to identify which draw type best fits your profile and plan accordingly.
